The Two Inn Trail Horseback Riding Vacation

Rss Feed April 23rd, 2009

The Two Inn Trail, based in Mount Carmel, Utah makes a great horseback riding vacation for horse enthusiasts. The trail ride takes place in a very distinctive region that boasts a unique landscape of sculpted rock and tenacious vegetation. This horseback riding vacation is characterized by an unusual combination of riding backcountry trails and overnighting in comfortable inns.

On your ride, you will view some of the spectacular scenery around the Escalante Grand Staircase National Monument. This is a vast protected area in southern Utah. It comprises three main regions: the Grand Staircase, the Kaiparowits Plateau and the Canyons of the Escalante.

The six-day long ride will provide you with the opportunities to explore the canyons, sandstone formations and dunes in the low country. When riding up through pine forests, you will witness the Colorado Plateau for miles. You will also have an opportunity for fast canters and more advanced horseback riding. However, the pace of the ride changes according to the terrain. You will ride through rocky trails and sandy tracks as well. The Two Inn Trail ride offers some great sure-footed horses to ride along with experienced guides.
