The San Diego Polo Club kicked off the second part of the season in Rancho Santa Fe, California under a cool overcast sky with some amazing Polo for the start of the Fernando Guitierrez Memorial Cup. The action was fast and furious with some spectacular play by seasoned player Graham Bray scoring 9 goals for team Starmeadow. The other team Tritech/Princeps managed to score a total of nine goals but it was not enough to match the additional six goals scored by Grahm’s son Jesse Bray and two goals scored by Jessica Bailey. Joy Bancroft was responsible on defense for keeping team Starmeadow’s winning margin so large.
